I think leaving the Sandbox options toggleable (or just removed) would solidify compatibility a lot, as there's a couple of mods like RZ, Definitive Zombies, etc being revamped in B42 that could easily handle all of it like the current workarounds are now for B41. (IE using Random Zombies/Day&Night while disabling this mods ZLore feature). Though the vehicle malfunctioning is a great idea.
THAT SAID - when I rejoined the server mid-Darkness event, it loaded the Darkness back correctly, but the fog didn't come back, with an error "Missing texture: media/textures/weather/fogwhite.png. Which is weird, I don't recall changing anything since yesterday that even comes close to that...
I have Random Zombies Night And Day And Special Events patch, with SE options set to FOG above 70% = changing zombie behaviour. But it's not changing the zombies to sprinters when in fog during The Darkness. I look in the console, and see it says adding modded fog
There's no good way to post updates on Steam of ongoing development and test branches. Any people that will join, can help with SP & MP testing and that would be much appreciated.
