nacho66 28. juli 2014 kl. 14:18
Another problem - even tho my smithing is 81lvl and have both glass and ebony smithing skill, I can't upgrade any glass/ebony weapons. I can upgrade armors, but not weapons. They don't appear on the list at all

Could any mod be at fault here?
Saint Stephen 27. juli 2014 kl. 20:53

what mods are causing the game to crash when starting a new game or when in the game for a few seconds please? thx
BabyBearPixie 25. juli 2014 kl. 3:27
if it helps.

sorry i had forgot i wasnt posting on the collection this was linked in. workshop mods are every mod in this collection, animal ears mod, marriage mod - to have & to hold, and Mortal Children. other mods are fox armors and the elin mod and its requirements (if you google them you will find them), also the elin replacement for the falkreath housecarl and the elin replacement for serana. I have every DLC as well as the highres texturepack (i didnt think about it b4 but i wonder if that is interfering).

Everything worked fine until i installed the collection. loadorder is whatever it was to begin with, not sure what order to put it in, so figured better to not mess with it. Like i said my save loads, until i fast travel or go inside then back outside.

i have 8 gigs of ram, windows 8 pro 64bit, asus hd7850 graphics card.

i have a backup from b4 i installed the collection of mods, but was hoping to use those mods.
BabyBearPixie 25. juli 2014 kl. 2:07
My game keeps crashing whenever i go inside than outside or if i try to fast travel, my initial save right b4 installing these is in riverwood and loads but crashes when i do those things, i did the skse memory stuff (at first it wouldnt load at all until i did), i even increased the memory in the skse.ini to 3 GB, and it didnt help. is one of the mods incompatible maybe with the others? any solutions?
M20 24. juli 2014 kl. 23:26
Make a video to do all of this, I can't play my Skyrim anymore. This is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ retarded. The title wasn't: "100 mods AND you have to do something"
Nicolas  [ophavsmand] 23. juli 2014 kl. 6:44
Alright i made a expanded explanation about stabilizing the memory swap file. you can find it in the link below:

Kerbs 22. juli 2014 kl. 18:03
i download these mods and now my game crashes everytime i start it even after i removed the mods
Lewis 22. juli 2014 kl. 11:56
bit confussed on step 3 ive downloaded SKSE.ini but how to edit this? also below where is says ''Create or edit SKSE.ini located in 'Steam/steamapps/common/Skyrim/Data/SKSE/''' i dont have this file and i dont understand how to create it :S and to make me more confussed i found this ''SKSE 1.7 includes Sheson's fix'' so no clue if i need to do this or not and yes a video would be awesome :P
NoremakTv 22. juli 2014 kl. 7:39
Anyone got a video on how to do all the extra little thing to prevent the CTD i keep getting?
Nicolas  [ophavsmand] 22. juli 2014 kl. 0:30

Nicolas  [ophavsmand] 21. juli 2014 kl. 22:56
@nacho66 That's the DRAGONWARRIOR-EFFECTS 1.3 EN. I turnt the DOF to 4, it's not my taste either.Usage is explained in the description above.
Nicolas  [ophavsmand] 21. juli 2014 kl. 22:55
@DARKMINION that information is in the description above.
Assyr 21. juli 2014 kl. 21:21
Don't download all the mods if you're running vanilla legendary edition skyrim, it won't work.

Pick and choose a few here and there to figure out which mods will and won't work, I spent the last 2 hours trying to solve my CTD's, it's not happening.
nacho66 21. juli 2014 kl. 16:17
Which mod answers for the depth of field. I really want to get rid of it. It's not great
Darkminion 21. juli 2014 kl. 16:05
DO NOT DOWNLOAD if you have DLC's installed i repeat DO NOT DOWNLOAD !
it crashes with and without SKSE!
Nicolas  [ophavsmand] 20. juli 2014 kl. 10:24
@nacho66 Well it's a coincidence but Skyrim Legendary edition is on sale http://steamproxy.net/steamstore/sale/quakecon_2014?snr=1_41_4__42
Mizzazle 19. juli 2014 kl. 17:43
as soon as the game has finished loading my game shuts down. i have all the dlc, and my computer should be way capable to manage the mods
nacho66 19. juli 2014 kl. 2:37
@Nicholas
I get your point. Will have to wait for a proper sale then
Nicolas  [ophavsmand] 19. juli 2014 kl. 2:26
@the last guardian: yeah the the lush tree mod is also a heavy hit on your memory. I tried it for the modlist but my Skyrim would get very slow.
Nicolas  [ophavsmand] 19. juli 2014 kl. 2:24
@nacho66 changing the ini's doesn't fix the conflicting mods. It enhances the draw distances of trees grass and shadows on objects. Also the resolution of the water and field of view. The Shenson method makes the memory swap file more stable. The software would trip over its self if you chance the ugrid from 5 to 7. Because the first memory block rapidly filled up and had a hard time jumping to the second block. This resulted in a crash.

You realy have to look at the mod description if DLC is required. If i where you a would buy the Skyrim Legendary Edition, then you never have to check the mods now and in the future.
nacho66 19. juli 2014 kl. 0:20
Ok, this may have to do with the fact I don't have any DLCs. Which modules from this collection require them?
nacho66 19. juli 2014 kl. 0:16
It kicks me out back to desktop at the moment when main menu background appears, after Bethesda logo. Any ideas? Starting with SKSE but same happens when starting directly from TESV.exe. Also, making all those changes in .ini doesn't seem to have any impact at this particular issue
learning (1/2) 18. juli 2014 kl. 16:30
Yeah, I had these 2 mods called lush trees and lush grass that were conflicting with with Ultra Grass and the other tree mod(s). Thanks for the help!
learning (1/2) 18. juli 2014 kl. 16:20
Okay, I am gonna go uninstall some mods that are not in this pack. Thanks.
Nicolas  [ophavsmand] 18. juli 2014 kl. 15:39
I startup my game in SKSE maybe that helps for you. Did you subscribe the mods with a clean install? If not then maybe you have conflicting mods that can cause CTD's.
learning (1/2) 18. juli 2014 kl. 15:19
I got it fixed, but i cannot load about 3/5 of the mods in the pack for some reason. Is there a way I can get more without my game blowing up?
Nicolas  [ophavsmand] 18. juli 2014 kl. 15:08
@Thelastguardian read the comments below an the information above. Maybe it will help. Do you have more mod's installed then the modlist above?
Nicolas  [ophavsmand] 18. juli 2014 kl. 15:02
@twoja_Stara subscribe then hit play on Steam. A startup screen will apear you can see the mod's loading at the bottom. if you have trouble read the information and the comments. I always start my game with SKSE and load my new mod's with the Steam play button
learning (1/2) 18. juli 2014 kl. 15:00
I cannot launch the game with these mods installed. Every time I launch and the menu opens, it crashes instantly. Please help!
Twoja_Stara 18. juli 2014 kl. 12:59
how do i see if the mods are working?
Olli 17. juli 2014 kl. 9:25
great mods
HOMMESOUPE 16. juli 2014 kl. 20:20
@Spajter123 I've got the same problem and I found what is wrong on this. Try to delete "Immersive patrol" 1 & also the 2nd , and "Olde Homestead" . It correct my problem and I can play in peace now after 2 hours to try to play !
Bepis 16. juli 2014 kl. 13:16
@Nicolas thanks for the help, I will install now.
Nicolas  [ophavsmand] 16. juli 2014 kl. 11:07
@mod3rnnightmar3I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't work on the lower settings. I think it should function better because less memory will be utilized.
Bepis 16. juli 2014 kl. 10:25
does it work on all settings because im playing on high settings, does it have to be on ultra?
nihilorenz 16. juli 2014 kl. 7:40
luv this
Yunix vH 15. juli 2014 kl. 15:04
well that was easy to see if it works on my pc 2 same specs ftw!!:markarth:
Nicolas  [ophavsmand] 15. juli 2014 kl. 13:14
@Spatjter123 I dont know what the problem is then. It should work, i just came of a 3 hour session with the mods above. Did you try the above steps to fix the texture swapfile? it's also very important that you do it in the right order. I also raised the first texture memory block above 600 mb. I didn't change second block because it only exist to empty the first block.

Also i don't load my game from Steam i use the SKSE loader after i loaded all my mod's in Steam. You can find it in the link above.

Maybe add some mod's at the time them test it. That's how i created this list, i started with the graphics mod's then gameplay and adding NPC's. Pick from the list and if your not sure read the description if there is something with the load order.
Nicolas  [ophavsmand] 15. juli 2014 kl. 13:11
@Gavener thank's dude don't forget to like ;-)
Gavener 15. juli 2014 kl. 13:08
So far everything i got off your list is working thank you. "thumbs up"
Spajter123 15. juli 2014 kl. 11:01
I dont know if its just me but i think this needs to be shared: I got rid of al my DLCs, reinstalled skyrim, deleated every single file and downloaded it fro mscratch. each step of the way i made sure everything was as it should be. i installed the modpack aaaaaaand it crashed. on a clean version of skyrim. i have no clue waht is wrong with this but i really regret not beign able to try this as it looks awesome. :(
Gavener 15. juli 2014 kl. 10:44
Just added liek 20 of these, thank you
Nicolas  [ophavsmand] 15. juli 2014 kl. 6:25
Spajter123 Thanks for the feedback! I altered the description so people don't download it for their DLC and waste their time. It took me 40 hours to get the original game stable with the ini tweaks and mod's. I hope you get the game running. If i where you i would hand select all the mod's and test it with the DLC, then make a modlist to publish on Steam.
Spajter123 15. juli 2014 kl. 6:06
idea behind this is great really but testing was needed, now that you got the result you can place a warning for others so taht everyone wins :) somwhat anyway. enjoy to all who can as i can see this would be briliant mod pack :)
Nicolas  [ophavsmand] 15. juli 2014 kl. 6:02
@Spajter123 yes that's possible i only tested it on the original game. I will add that in the description above. My goal was to make the original game as pretty as possible without ENB mod's. I tought you meant if you can play the original game with the mod's if you had the dlc installed, my bat.
Spajter123 15. juli 2014 kl. 5:43
@Nicolas well for the past few hours i've been trying out combinations of DLCs with this mod pack and i am certain that having DLCs and this modpack will crash your skyrim HOWEVER if you try to stop all DLCs from loading skyrim will crash even sooner. soo now for 6th reinstall of skyrim! yay me!
Nicolas  [ophavsmand] 15. juli 2014 kl. 4:05
@Spajter123 I had several install's the past weeks and noticed that only deleting files with Steam wasn't enough. The game map still exists under common and the mod's where still there.

Also Steam doesnt delete the Skyrim.ini and pref files. If you want a good clean install you should: unsubscribe all your mods in Steam. Delete the game in Steam, then delete all file's manualy that Steam left behind, then add my list

Also i never used Heartfire i only have it installed on my disk, i have the Skyrim Legendary edition. So i can't say for sure of you're house will work with these mod's.

Did the Ugrid method work for you?
