Helblaster Vollygun can get some buff from the Imperial Gunnery School an so should Helblaster Wagon

I think this war wagon isn't benefited by imperial gunnery school.

Hi , I dont know why , but in my game those 2 wagon still use original damage . no explosive damage.

Alright so. Seems to work overall. There is something wrong with the normal hellblaster war wagons. The soldiers animations are broken in that they stand in the middle of the volleygun instead of around it like the ROR does.
