@tomeyboe Unfortunately not, the sheer amount of walkable space means that more nodes than are allowed will be required to complete the mesh. While I could do it manually in Hammer, I would probably hit the entity limit or some other limit before even coming close to finishing it.

@Trippylife Use Stormfox's server settings to edit the Far-Z clip plane. Since the map is so detailed I had to reduced the render distance, otherwise the average player would ~40 frames at best in the outside areas.

Is there any way to increase the view distance? The map looks amazing but I want to get rid of how it pops in and out.

@Hoodie No time soon, I've been busy with life and likely will be for the next few months.
@[CxO] RatOrder Unfortunately with there being a spawn room, the gmod automatic AI node command doesn't work properly. If anyone manually nodes it, which is possible since I have all of my work uploaded to a mega folder on my profile, then I will happily update the addon.

Yeah i totally understand, No worries. Ill definitely take a look at the Stormfox settings, thanks for the tip. I usually use Simple weathers so im a little newish to stormfox

@Nightstorm Stormfox has serverside options which allow you to adjust the Far-Z clip plane. View distance was reduced for performance reasons

Honestly i hate the people are having issues. As I have solid 60+ everywhere in the entire map. I was hoping to ask about possibly boosting the view distance, but seeing others are struggling, i can see i would be hard.

I spawned into the city, game was lagging as bad as it has in gm_boreas, if not worse (Which again, is a recent development on my pc)

Did not know if the entire map was like that though before unsubbing, kinda just assumed it would be that bad everywhere.

@Destroyer_V0 FPS on this map was usually 60+ in all but the city. What areas are you struggling with the most? Might also be the number of mods, as well as stuff you mentioned

Shame the map seems somewhat poorly optimized, would have loved to take a wander around.That, or a garry's mod update messed with how my computer handles things... or a sign I need to replace some parts of my PC.
