The glowing lenses are paintable in the main style (Surgical), you can see that in the paint chart page.

The difference in the styles is quite small, could it change which part of the cosmetic gets painted? because I know some people would like to paint the lenses if possible

Not usually a fan of weapons turned into cosmetics, but I think this works quite well. The execution is great and it doesn't rely solely on the gimmick. Overall a neat design!
