You just took another random object from the game and placed it on the mercenary's head. Stop it.

I do agree with everyone else in the comments, however, there is skill behind modeling it. However, again, it's just object from game on top of mercenaries head. I won't be forced to wear it but I would be forced to take my chances in opening it, which I would see as a waste of my money.
I wish there was a proper solution to this situation of silly cosmetics, which you and other creators keep making. Maybe if valve would create a special pool of these hats to be randomly dropped for free, then it would be more acceptable, or even put them in cheaper, keyless goofy cases.

I would appreciate this more as a mod from GameBanana than an item in the game, since all it really does is take an object from the game and puts it on top of the mercenaries head. Making it all class does not help in this regard.

You know what would be funnier? Strapping one of these bombs on the mercenary's back. If this item was a backpack item instead of a hat, then this item would work much better.

Personally I prefer this style - the visor gives it more of a sci-fi helmet feel compared to the no-visor style.

The concept itself isn't that great, but the execution is pretty stellar tbh. would be beautiful on a pain train loadout

This hat honestly looks atrocious on its own. Wouldn't be able to make it fit with any other cosmetics either.
