I did the same (without quotes obviously) and it works.
Restart your game, verify your game and or wait for the download to finish?

i typed ''map hs_training; sv_cheats 1'' into the console after fresh starting the game and still didnt work.

type sv_consistency 0 before you start the map.
That message does only appear when you got mods active.
if not, validate your files

I couldn't get in, even if I don't have add-ons for the boomer on it says I cant change the texture or whatever for the Boomette
