Im loving the decreased saturation of this warpaint compared to those you've previously made. However, there are a few issues.
First of all, the low resolution (as others have pointed out) doesn't look good. You need to use a 1024x1024 canvas if u want a somewhat detailed texture to look good (this doesn't matter for flat colours).
Second, your colours are a bit all over the place and they don't work great together. It would do u good to learn a bit about colour theory or use websites like https://colorhunt.co .
Third, the most glaring issue with this is that you've got a whole lot of random flowery designs sorta slapped on to the warpaint. This doesn't look great and is pretty low-effort.
