Added Perks from the Mod: XCOM: Gears Tactics Perk Pack [BETA]

Reshuffled abilities a bit.Organized into folders now, so if you want a certain mod enemy to not be affected, just delete the respective folder

already in early game and i've seen troopers with 3 armor and 10 hp

Wait till you meet certain enemies hat high force and alert level :)
