Are you in a save with the Weapons DLC Active in the settings to create the world?
Are weapons enabled in the in game settings menu?
If the answer to all of those isnt Yes, then thats on you.

Im just trying to find out now how to use JTAC in the game :')
I don't have a friend anymore...
Also make sure you press "JTAC FREQUENCY UP" at least once, it won't work on 0.
I've just tested it, and it does function.
You can transmit coordinates to each launcher via JTAC, however you will not be able to transmit a fire command, and they'll have to be fired manually
1: x
2: y
3: altitude
these are coordinates of area you would like to designate
the abacus has dial inside that shows its current jtac frequency, so you can set the sender radio on that same frequency to send data to it.
