@SultonMRP - Hey, I'm making a graphene add-on mod, and I'd like permission to use your graphene icons for consistency. Tried adding you to my friend list to ask, but yeah, I wouldn't accept a friend request from a rando either :V

Not sure how molecule thin sheets of carbon translate into good armor.
I guess it's basically buzzword armor. Is that similar to plot armor?

Graphene to SE is like quantum to sci-fi, everything is harder better faster stronger with these mysterious carbon

In addition to slipcasedrock2's last comment, coald you add the Graphene Survival Kit, (AA) Frames (colored), Skinnable Gantry, Refinery, Hinges, Solar Panel, Ore Extractor, and The Grinder mods as soon as it's convenient?

These mods, (except for the Survival Kit mod - which can have either - not both) rely on the original core mod - which I really want to eliminate altogether. It would also give you a chance to add the latest game content and DLC to this pack.

Thanks, as I use Graphene almost solely (mainly the armor and hinges) in my builds!

Is there any chance of some of the new blocks in this mod? Would be awesome!

Found an error with that is causing a CTD when trying to use the 1x2 Right side Inverted window block in symmetry mode. looking in the XML deffinition for it, it looks like you set the mirrored block to be G_Window1x2SideLeftInv_BP instead of G_Window1x2SideLeftInv. After making the change the crashes stopped.

looks like I found a small problem the graphene full armor icon is wrong it is showing a catwalk.
For some time I thought is was missing but old creations made with graphene armor still worked so it was really weird

Can I use your Graphene assets/components in for making addons and stuff?
THE FORCE 12. juli 2023 kl. 4:08
Can you please add support for https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2161243333 and the AMD-DI {Argual} Complete Collection

does this support weaponcore?

A small question, panel is heavier and has more Health than full block?
slipcasedrock2 18. okt. 2022 kl. 15:38

Hello! Just wanted to say that I love this mod as it was very sorely needed after many years of using the original graphene armor mod. I just have one issue... the half-armor block seems to be only for large grid? Despite the other half-armor blocks being available for small grid.

It would be nice to have half-armor blocks to combine with the rest of the blocks! Thank you for everything that you're doing here. It's really helpful. :D

holding the graphene 1x2 right side window inverted and trying to place it causes a crash to desktop

You missed armor half-block for small grtids (

There are some errors in logs about missing textures and password-protected zip file inside textures directory - is this intended?

Graphen Aerogel, Woven Carbon Nanotubes, and Graphen Plate do not seem to pass through small conveyors. Is it supposed to be like that?

Hello there, at first i like to say that i love the stuff that you make. Now to my question, im not sure wich graphen mod it was, but we cant find the vanila Doors in a plus/scroll version in the G Menu anymore after i put your Graphene mods like that one and the industrial and decos on the server. Do others have the same Problem ? Keep up the good work and thanks in advance
Ralazarus 28. juni 2022 kl. 7:23
Hello again, I can not find the windows size 3x1 and would also be good if you can add at some point the rest of DLC.
SK 12. juni 2022 kl. 12:12
It seems that graphene version of small grid interior door replaces vanilla one. I can't find vanilla door anywnere.
I also check by spawning a small grid with interior door, and when I load this mod, that door become graphene door.
goldtalon319 12. maj 2022 kl. 3:27
Omg, you added the rest of the armor shapes!!!!!!! Now my graphene ships don't have to be so boxy! Been waiting for that for a while. I even considered asking how you managed to make the addons in attempt to do it myself. This is AMAZING!!!

i reduced fuel consumption.
<†>Baigle1<†>™ 25. apr. 2022 kl. 13:41
Part 1:
The small grid small graphene lined reactor's output is 29.5x higher than the vanilla small grid small reactor, but it uses 410x as much fuel as the vanilla reactor after the pre-update patch which reduces the enriched uranium fuel consumption by 10x.

world-nuclear.org states that U-235 has around 82 Trillion Joules of energy releasable via fission from 1kg, which can be directly converted into Watts over a time-span of 1 second. 82 Trillion Watts per second divided by the power output of the graphene lined reactor from the bundled Core Beta mod gets us to around 0.000000179878 (6 decimal zeros) kg of pure U-235 used up per second. If this is only enriched to 10% active fission material, and thermal kinetic electromagnetic and electrostatic energy capture is only 10% efficient, it would put the fuel use at 0.0000179878 kg per second for that 14.75MW, which lines up perfectly with the fuel consumption of the pre-update rates for vanilla reactors.
<†>Baigle1<†>™ 25. apr. 2022 kl. 13:41
Part 2:
Since this mod uses extremely advanced materials which act as better kinetic neutron moderators, better thermal-electric (thermoelectric) converters, and which can have much better conductive electrostatic and electromagnetic capture, I think it could be engineered to achieve at least a 66% energy recovery rate versus 10%, which brings the fuel usage down to 0.00000272542 (5 decimal zeros) kg per second at full 14.75MW power output.
<†>Baigle1<†>™ 25. apr. 2022 kl. 11:29
Would you be interested in asking this mod developer for permission to base the graphene gyroscope off their model, or something similar? They are online often
https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1229065595

There is another Encased Gyroscopes mod here, which is more updated and more popular

The Jump Drive would also benefit from outperforming the JumpDrive+ mod's normal and 1x1x2 drives. Right now it barely beats vanilla, and other popular mods like Hyperdrive set the upper limit when scaling (256x the range, only 4.16x the dimensions, 20x the mass limit, 10x the needed power, and 3x the weight as vanilla [which could be reduced significantly irl or hypothetically using graphene casing instead])
<†>Baigle1<†>™ 23. apr. 2022 kl. 10:20
The Graphene Expanded windows might be far too heavy. With constructed 3-dimensional nanomaterials, we don't really have a grasp of how strong and light they are, but they far surpass any material we are familiar with.

I was also hoping to have them be a replacement to the armored solar windows mod, but they are almost the same weight.

has ore/components included
ddditzel 22. apr. 2022 kl. 20:35
Does this mod include the Graphene ore or do I need to download [SE] Bean's Graphene ore mod?

i working on DLCs soon
Ralazarus 15. apr. 2022 kl. 14:31
THANK YOU, I used the previous mod and I'm glad to see someone improve and expand it, if you also add the rest of the DLC it would be perfect.
Kreeg 15. apr. 2022 kl. 13:27
I have to say, I like the QOL feature \ bonus of keeping the IDs.
Is quite nice.
