How do i adjust the mods settings in the host settings

@camargopedro its really easy, to attempt a simple port from b41 mods that havent been updated to 42, all you need to do is to create (inside the mod folder), two new folders that werent present in the b41 version, those folders names are "42" and "common", then put the mod files INSIDE the folder "42", and leave common empty, thats it really.
however with this mod in particular, even if it appears to be working alright at first, when the trigger event starts, it tosses out only few zombies, and spams a lot of errors, so i wouldnt suggest to use it

mod works fine on b42, you just need to change to folder structure to the build 42 one (folders "42" and "common", check other build 42 mods as examples).
every b41 mod that doesnt require java scripts or supporting libraries just work fine in b42

The said that once 42b was stable he was going to update the mod, its a waste of time to modify the mod for every update the game developers made, and more since we are in a test branch that keeps changing the entire game with every update, everything keeps changing so that is the reason for a lot of mod that dont update.
When a 42b stable version comes out, most of the modders will update their mods

Tilarium it was actually effecting some Servers some mods were not working after being updated So keeping A separate build 41 version is a common practice Among many of the mods I use :)

I am a mod beginner, so I don't know how to obtain game time and time calculation in Lua files, so I cannot rely on myself to complete this function (not generating new zombies, only emitting sound pulses to attract, and automatically ending pulse emission after a certain period of time).

There are many issues with this MOD. It is recommended to only leave the "Noise pulse on player" and rewrite the code. After triggering, the player will continuously release invisible sound waves to attract surrounding zombies, and the sound pulse will automatically turn off after a certain period of time (such as 6 hours). This way, there will be no problem of being unable to end, but players must turn on the default option to generate zombies, because if no new zombies are generated, the sound waves will have no effect.

@LoboOscuro Same thing happened on my server. Exactly the same. It got stuck on Red and zombies keep coming.

@Spoutnick is there any way to reset the mod, or to re-start it, with the issue we are having? Mod is 10/10, shame we have problem with it, for some reason.

Zombies wont stop spawning. I killed thousands by now. They keep coming. I have default settings.

We got this to work perfect on a dedicated with around 200 mods. Settings needed tuning but was very fun once it kicked in :VBCOOL:

Having problems with setting it to one wave, the wave doesn't spawn. If you have this issue, use 2 waves.

@ChopSushiii you can use the change sandbox mod if you have it to change all those settings. just save, quit and boot up again for changes to apply

Hello, is there anyway to edit settings of this mod after a game has alreaedy started (on a preexisting save?) I've set the starting day a little far away and would like the whole horde night to come a bit sooner.. will this also cause any problems if I decide todo this?

So we've never had any problems with this mod before but a few days ago it started a horde event but it glitched out after the first wave...it simply never spawned anymore after it and the warning icon never went away, stayed red. This meant we forever had the 'noise pulse' on our characters, unplayable. So we removed it and later re-added it, hoping it might reset. It didn't, it went straight back to being red.

New here Question :) I know you said its safe to add mid play-through but without admin mode how do you effect the sandbox settings to customise them mid play-through plz help if possible :D

In my opinion, this is one of the greatest mods for project zomboid ever created. It still works perfectly and adds a sense of danger to my server and keeps in from getting stale. Can’t imagine playing without this elite mod in my list. 10/10 this mod functions and all its functions work perfectly don’t let others convince you otherwise.

I set hordes to have them them to appear from the 9 Hour mark to 18 hour mark but, they despawn when I run away. Are you able to outrun these hordes?

Question, when the zombie horde cannot spawn, does the agitation still go up?

If it does not, can I change certain settings mid game, such as the agitation trigger limit or the times that it can start?
