I agree that the tank should drop a bit less blood, it can either cause severe fps drop and/or or crashing

Great mod, the only problem is that sometimes there's a ton of floating blood spatter when killing zombies on certain things like some ladders, or most noticeably commons when they pile up on the starting saferoom door. I've tested it with only the two required mods, both this and the extended version. Both versions have this problem but the extended version does tend to do it in less amount.

Is this compatible with blood mods that change the color of blood?

I wish there was an option to lessen the amount of blood the tank generates, this mod would've been perfect. So far that's the only issue it has.

@十三 In Dead Center, second map, in the bridge to the weapons shop, when a tank spawns there and we start shooting it, game crashes, sadly. If only this mod have a lower resolution version or a version who removes blood stains after a certain limit...

Because shooting tanks generates a large number of blood decals in a short period of time, it can easily cause the game to crash.
Perhaps you can use "Realistic FX [Blood/Gore]" as a substitute instead. There's no need to subscribe to the original "Realistic FX [Materials]", as the "+Ultra Particle: Texture files" already include it.

doom eternal + ultrakill + left 4 dead 2 is fucking so coool

same as Treegames say, its so good but with tank it crashes so many times, even if i have vanilla game only with this and particle effect

this gore mod is amazing! but sadly it crashes so frequently when the tank is up, if we could get a lite version for just common infected blood and gore this would be amazing

The Xtended version worked wonders. It still crashes when there's two tanks but I think that's just because I modded the health of these tanks to be 45k. It was on Suicide Blitz with the Xtended version and it took quite a while for it to even crash.

well check for red colored mod in your addons list, those are conflicting mods

I am really bad at explaining things so my apologies if you dont understand.

My bad, I guess the way I can describe it is that the blood splatter mechanic doesnt function? as in the blood enhancement this mod provides isnt working/generating, I am also using other mods in the Full Set you've attached I don't know if combining them would result in conflict with them

just 'doesnt work' isnt going to help me identify the issue

Commenting here as I see it more active, an Issue i've had is the mod just, "doesnt" work, I don't know how to explain it but the mod simply doesnt work as seen on video, tested both Xtended and Normal versions, let me know if I'm doing something wrong.

Toru can you try using the Xtended version and see if it still crash
That mod hasnt been updated for a long time, if it still crashes then check your other mods

Is there a possibility for the Blood Effects not to occur on the Tank specifically? After shooting at the Tank for a while causes the game to crash due to a lot of the blood pools/splatter being rendered. I'd love to edit the PCF but my tools keep crashing whenever I try to launch it.

The only complaint I do have is that blood floats in the air, but I have no idea if that is even fixable or not

only other blood mod I was using was a retexture for the vanilla game blood decals that has never caused an issue before. My only assumption is the game is crashing because of rendering too many things at once.

It may be other blood mod you have that causes it

For me crash when shooting at tank too don't know why.

I will say I am getting crashes on occasion when shooting tanks too
not all the time though, only on specific maps or during big hordes.

Sometimes blood drops floating slightly above the ground especially on the inclined ground :/. Still cool mod tho, using the whole +ultra pack without performance problem

So I just had me and all the bots mag dump a Tank with rifles. I got hd blood mods, ultra violence more gibs, dynamic blood splatter with this mod enabled. Never any crashes. Hell I don't even get frame drops. I also was using the entire Ultra Particles pack. It must be another mod people are using.

Nevermind. Crashed on a Tank during Dead Center ;(

I tested with just the two files and fought tank on Advanced difficulty with all bots using m16's to ensure we could gets lots of blood pools spawning in and I had fps drops but thats to be expected. Did not crash though, which leaves me to believe now that it could be one of the other files that is causing the crash. Idk which one it would be unfortunately. Will continue playthroughs with just the two files to ensure I don't get a crash against Tank.

I use all of the particle mods together. I could try only running the texture files and just the gore mod to see if I still crash on Tanks.

It's very odd everyone appears to be crashing. My game has not crashhed whatsoever playing with any of these particles. Gotta be a different mod causing issues.

@TheMarkerSlayer, my game crashed when fighting the tank as well. Glad to know I'm not the only one suffering
