Does it work with Rise of the Republic?

I think this mod crashed my game. Game started crashing right after I installed it. I uninstalled the mod but the game still shows a "some mods are out of date" warning before starting the game and then crashes immediately when I load up my campaign. Any ideas on how to fix this? I only have about four sub mods enabled and they all seem out of date.

This mod works well for me. Thanks for including this for people like me who liked the OG turns system. Reforms happening at the right year makes sense to me.

For it does not work to, load at above evrything first round as rome and still at year 378 bc
