This mod seems to be unsupported and has a few major flaws:

I have made a continuation of the mod here where I rebalanced the starter kits, and have added a lot of quality of life mods.

This also makes the farmer occupation compatible with Sprouts Farm and Garden

Could you change the Construction Worker to have the sledgehammer instead of the pick axe. Vanilla Construction Worker sucks but if the construction worker spawns with a sledgehammer it will be much more viable since you can access loot quickly.

@renzofi6969 - Which mod specifically? I've tested this with my Simple Traits mod, and I did not notice any issue. I mean, sure one does not get relatable items for the traits added in my mod, but the game does not crash, or throw up any errors

Incompatible with mods that add dynamic traits. Basically overloads the game on a new save and ends up crashing your game since the engine can't properly process the items to give you.

idk why but when i spawn as an officer sometimes i spawn with a ruger 38spc with 45 acp rounds and other times a ruger 38spc with 38spc rounds, prob a conflict with brita's but do you think you could fix this or make it compatible?

i think i found a bug... for some reason burglar spawns you with a shitload of paper bags and trash bags. 5 for each

Is there a way to set this so that you only spawn ONCE with these items? Like, you initially spawn with your occupational gear. After that, you spawn with standard stuff?

It would be nice to see some compatibility with the popular occupation mods, i use the Marine one and i'd love to start out with some things, cause theres basically no point if the default ones are so much better now.

I think hunter starting with hunting rifle would be cool actually. I don't think it would be too op since you still will need ammo and aiming skills to use it, I think it would fit really well with the rest of these since rn it only gives hunting knife

Hopefully you'll continue to support and expand on this mod, it tremendously improves the QOL of early game. I'd love to see an update extending support to the SOTO mod at some point, as well.

One thing that would be nice is if we could toggle the non clothing parts in world settings (IE: In the custom world zombie lore settings.)

That way if we want we could turn off say, trait items but leave occupation items (Since some characters might spawn overburdened with trait items with some eccentric builds), or just keep the clothing as part of the world configuration.

Specifically, just on off toggles for the non-clothing occupation items, and all trait items on world start.

This would make the mod way more flexible since server owners that don't want to give away too much free stuff can enjoy some of the benefits without being married to all the free stuff.

Burglar gets too much stuff imo. Any way to change that? My veterans are crying for a rifle to differentiate them from "lowly cops".
