I don't think Riot did a visual update on SpecOps Gangplank, but if they did I would be cool with remaking it.

It is the model from League, though I didn't rip the model. I got it from a website along with some other champions. While I would love to make more League models (especially from newer skins/updated models etc), ripping League models straight out of the game is an incredibly painful process. I can't find a tool that actually works, and anyone who CAN rip models is incredibly tight-lipped about their secrets.
