no its not. I have to check it. You'll get him when you trigerred the event and you have to take the second bomb with you. Then you unlock hitlers death and can choose who shall lead germany in the future.

Would be nice to have a RT56 compatible version, since then you have enough in game time for an Operation Unthinkable after Operation Valkyrie, where a joint allied and German invasion of the USSR could take place

Nope, the war with comintern continues, with allies depends on your luck in singleplayer and your negotiation in Multiplayer. There is a event based peace conference with different outcomes. From Continueing the war to joining the allies,

Its a decision, and to triggere that decision you need as follow:

1. 100 Political Power
2. Hitler must be allive
3. You must be at war with Great Britain
4. You must be at war with the Soviet Union

Yes and no, Not automatically. You get a decision at Germany to start "Operation Valkryie". When you have Beck or Stauffenberg you get an Event Chain where you can make Peace with the Allies or Join them. But both Sides can at any step Devise to continue the war.
