sadly i dont know any pros. maybe you can get assistance in character modeling fields or maybe use voices with the help of someone who has a ton of audio clips.

Nope. Unless you know how to work around that (ps2 emulator being the easiest and least expensive way possible). It's not too hard, you could find some tutorials on their forums and other sites. Sure you have to jump through a few hoops but none too difficult once you know what to do. (btw, I ment to compliment you in my last comment, this truly is a nice mod) :)

I am planning to do more. Just need some patience as it is going to take some time to build the models. Adapting ripped ones was too much of a pain in the ass.

This is really the best! I like it, please dont stop! There is a bug with customizzed weapons, where you see a streched texture coming from the top screen to the bottom. This isnt probably your fault, you might fix this in the end.
Nice work, again.
You should add more pictures, or a video! That would have been nice
