Good work actually, really like it
But could you make his arms model separate and maybe change the texture of the skin? I use Ellis' reskin which has tattoo on the arm and then there is Bill...

I like to imagine that he would actually wear Vietnam Era equipment and incorporate it into his design much like how his original design was. That's what the design had got right. If you'd want to change anything, I guess you could give him an M65 jacket and a Boonie hat. But why fix what ain't broke?

i actually really like this design for bill. it's got the same premise as his original design, but makes his theme more upfront and apparent than it already is. i guess the best way to summarize it, is that i love a more obvious take on bill's whole military thing. i'd honestly hope to see other mods for the others do this sort of thing where a survivor's main feature about them dictates their design. at least, i think it'd be cool.
