bubs honest review

heres what i did like

- lots of open space
- a good amount of enclosed areas
- realy good optimization
- aircraft npcs are actually able to fly around
- the underground stunt/race are

what i dident like

-lack of strider navigation

in my personal opinion this is the greatest map since gm_bigcity.

imo the, if not top 3 BEST gmod sandbox maps of all time. Been playing this map since I was for nearly a decade now. never has gotten stale once.

i swear i remember the garages near the water facing the other side with a way up from the water to the garages and i remember the garages being smaller. i swear i have seen that before, if anyone knows the name of this map or if this map was updated so the garages are different please let me know.
