@Chris6d: "Comcast Technology Center" is the type of building that I like to create, but my creation list is already full and now I only work with commission ; )

May I suggest the "Comcast Technology Center" (2018) in Philadelphia? It's the tallest building there and hasn't been added to the workshop yet. Not to be confused with the regular Comcast Center from 2008.
