Good little map!

Grabbed this just to see how far you can get on your own. First segment immediately locks the player in a room but thankfully they can deactivate the barrier.

That said, liked the look of the environment. Nice ambient noise and things seem bright enough without the use of a flashlight but not overly bright.

This is not a map, it's a treasure.

amazing map, haven't seen something this good uploaded in a while.

I couldn't tell if I was more horrified by my friends horribly disfigured player model with no arms, stuck forever as a blind man. OR that everything was see through and errors on my end despite the proper packets, map machine broke.

Can't seem to find where to download the models for the doors, if you know by chance where I can download them it'd be very helpful.

Most of the doors use a model from Half-Life 2: Episode 1. If a model is missing then it will appear as an error in game. Check to see if you have Half-Life 2: Episode 1 mounted in Garry's Mod.

I don't see any doors. Instead, I have errors.

But atmosphere and trying to explain what you see to your friend was pretty exciting. I think it'd be better for players to start separately as in the first game and then work their way through on their quest to reunite, maybe occasionally letting them be together for a little. Anyway, great concept, good map, fine interactions and senseless combat. Would like to see more, thanks

The map has it's own, pretty likeable vibe to it. I had a good time playing it with my friend. However, some parts of the map were overly dark since the flashlight was nowhere to be found. I always played horror maps with the same (lowest) brightness setting and can't say I've had similar problems, I even had to reserve to mat_fullbright a couple of times (first room with fast zombies, second door control room, vents were pitch black as well). Also, I don't really consider maps a true 'horror' where you have to get HL2 weapons and slay enemies from the same universe. I think it has to be reffered to as "action-horror". 'Jumpscares' if I may say were very low on quantity (which is mostly good, considering what most have to deal with). However, I don't even know if a map with such concept should have them at all. Most of them here were "meh" and the bucket was a true dissapointment.
