Does any know why the models in my hands isn't loading?

there was a 2021 version of this map, but i don't know if anyone still has the 2021 version, because i remember Haker having a room that you could access with noclip.

This was the fist map (Other then the default maps) that I played, and I still play on this map to this day.

why did i fall through the floor when i tried to go up the escalator it gave me a heart attack and i dont think ive exited a game faster
