I recently Played through AWSW for the first time and absolutely loved the characters. And I wanted more so I read through the whole comic that's been released so far [320 pages] and still wanted more from Adine so I played this mod and I really helped flesh out the romance aspect with Adine so. Thank you Rurikredwolf for finishing the Mod and to Cashmoneys for starting it

Awesome work!! I liked interacting with everyone. PLUS the writing was really good. I know this all isn't yours but everything flowed really well. Sucks a bit that the only way to get the best ending is the romantic one but saul good

There's a typo at the very beginning of the mod during the initial text crawl. "Time travel had it quirks."

The original Freefall mod was at the time: The only Adine mod which I really liked for many reasons: It allowed you to get to interact with other dragons again, you get extended epilogue of Adine's good ending, romance is not necessary for the best ending, you get to be a bit closer and/or better friends with Maverick and Anna among many other things ^^

So I thank you for working on this mod. It was a major let down back when it was abandoned. I'd give this mod 10/10 easily, but as it was to me: It's more of 9/10, reason being that romance was the only option to get the good ending. If there was some form of "friendship" good ending, then I would immediately give this mod a 10/10 and it would genuinely rival my currently top favorite AWSW mod: Savior ^^

ok, nevermind the last comment about the "missing thing" ^^ Freefall actually has some hidden stuff depending on how many dates you have with the other 4 dragons.

I really hope the "date everyone" mod will be finished soon, so that I can see all the hidden content without 4 different saves

Just finished this mod and it's awesome. Luckily I got the good ending
The only missing thing is that Adine and Remy aren't friends again, even if you got both of Remy's endings and he's helping at the orphanage.

The mod is excellent, it is the best Adine mod. What would be missing is to show the scene when Adine suffers the accident and dies, apart from adding the possibility of adopting Amely.

Hi, I'd like to share my idea with you, specifically a suggestion for Izumi's mod. I wrote it in Libre Office. Kolsavdür said on Discord that it looks very cool, but he is currently working on one mod and won't have time to create a new one in the near future.

I loved this mod.

A million and one words couldn't describe how much i loved this mod, so ill just say this bravo to the author and to those who made such a splendid experience possible

this is by far one of the best mods i have ever played the slower paced story of Adine and the human was cute. i love every bit of this mod. i cant express enough my love of this mod. i might even like this more than the Adine Romantic ending mod. its definitely my favourite Mod by Far

Does this mod conflict in any way with Adine Romantic Ending mod? Like, if I have both installed, would the game act weird or have two conflicting scenes?

Wow, just wow. The only real issue I have with this mod is the thumbnail, as it is just a screenshot of the game, which doesnt really look all that appealing at first glance.

not really that big of a deal but i should point out that it is mentioned in the mod during the "watching tv" scene that MC forgot it was there, but in adine's 4th date it was stated that the MC doesn't have one presumably due to "avoiding culture shock"

was kind of hoping to see more of amely and vara, but other than that it was pretty good

credit where credit is due: this was a very good mod, was holding out on trying it before now mainly because i wasn't sure it would work without jumping through hoops regarding downloading, but glad i gave it a try

Sluggo, I would encourage you to join the fan discord to speak to the other mod makers. I haven't the faintest idea of why this is happening, as I've never come up with this issue.

also Vale, I said that the bad ending is a requirement. I did not say it started from the bad ending.

Sure it's after her bad ending? I know it's what the description says but it starts after her good ending.

Hello Rurikredwolf, there's another problem. I've poked around through many steam folders/files on my computer, searched on google, read a modtools description on GitHub, and tried to find some sort of YouTube video on checking if a modtools mod list isn't running. I'm not sure if you meant the mod list that opens when clicking the "MODS" button from AWSW's main menu. I have also unsubbed and resubbed to modtools (including Freefall), since it's mentioned that modtools is automatically downloaded when subbing to other mods. So it should be up to date. The only other thing that comes to mind are the files in the core mod, but I've looked in those as well. I don't know how to check if the modtools mod list isn't running as you mentioned before and need your help again.

I really can't even begin to describe how I feel after playing through this, but it's something along the lines of pure elation.
I was so disappointed as day by day the realization grew that this project would remain unfinished, until one day I forgot about it completely.
one day, just completely on a whim, I decided to check to see if there was anything new in the workshop, and to my astonishment, a familiar title appeared. I'm not exaggerating when I say, for just a second, I literally could not believe what I was seeing.
The end result may or may not have been as the original author intended, but it ended just as wonderfully as I imagine it would have otherwise.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for this incredible experience. You've given me something deeply invaluable today, and I will remember it always.

Sorry for my late response, I am new to Steam, and don't know how to check the modtools mod list yet. Thank you for your quick response by the way.

Have you checked your modtools mod list? It may not be running

I cannot get the mod to function:
- I've completed the requirements of Anna, Remy, & Bryce all being kept alive + Adine's bad ending.
- I've tried downloading this mod from Dropbox, Google Drive, & Workshop to no avail.
- I've opened AWSW by shift right clicking and typing what was in the description into powershell in the same folder as the game.
- The workshop mod does appear in AWSW's mod folder as a ten digit number and still contains what appears to be its data files like other mods.
- I've saved both Workshop & Github type mods onto a back up flash drive, that I simply copy & paste the ones I'm using into AWSW's mod folder. This hasn't been an issue with many other mods I've used.
Regardless of my troubleshooting, the game still opens, but without any changes from the mod. I would like to play this mod and need help.

I have not tested this on Linux. I would assume so, but I have no idea how to troubleshoot if so.

Also commenting to say that I had massive burnout that I am still feeling, but I will complete the other path in 2022 at some point.

Anyway, really good mod, but I did want to mention that there are a couple instances where the narrator describes events in the 3rd person as opposed to 1st person like it is most of the time, specifically, during the bar scene, when it describes everyone sitting at the table, and another near the beginning that I unfortunately cannot find the specific time for right now.

Interesting. That was part of the original author text, and I did not really play around with that. I'll patch that in a future update.

As far as I remember in the original game the gender of the character is not specified. After I looked at the modification again, I noticed that at least one of the moments in relation to the main character was said: " One day of working with you, and you're already having an influence on him.". I personally suits me think that my character, male, but others may not like it. (I wrote this comment about half an hour. My English is barely reaching up to normal. I wrote under the leadership of Google translator. I hope it turned out at least readable.)

Aside from 1 or 2 bugs that you are already aware of, the mod is very very good.


I played the Original of Freefall, and I'm pleased that you keept most of the work and REALY just finished it.
It has a nice Romantic feeling to it, and is fun to read throught.
Even more, it fits perfect with Adine's personality.

On a small side note from me:
The Workshop Mod order makes it that, if you have Chaos Knights Not-so-Tragic Hero mod installed, Freefall's last screen will be Anna's Good "Bad" ENd. but thats steams fault not Rurik's.

Otherwise, hands down one of the best Adine mods on the site.

I can confirm that the last ending is the friendship ending. I don't have an ETA on when that'll be done, as I've been quite sick and busy this past month, but I did want to include that for people who don't feel romantically inclined. So rest assured, it'll come.

- You can choose to either stay as friends or start a romance with Adine and not to have the choice "forced" upon you.

- You will interact with other dragon characters in the mod as well. Some of my favorite characters in AWSW alongside with Adine are: Bryce, Anna, Maverick, Sebastian and Lorem.

- You can either get to be friends or warm relations with Maverick. There is nothing I want more, than having a chance to warm relations with Maverick at least into "neutral" or "friend" territory instead of hostile.

This is overall a decent mod. However, I dislike that you are "forced" to go into romance with Adine in order to keep the mod going. Any choice that doesn't involve romance just ends the mod abruptly.

I am not romantically interested of anyone... I just want to be a good and hopefully eventually even great friends with them. I wish this mod would have included "friendship" path too.

I still consider Freefall as a good mod and I am looking forward to see Adine mod you are currently working on. I have three things I at least hope from your upcoming mod:
