If your keayboard doesn't have a numpad then you have to set the camera by yourself.

if you have l4d2, go to the Games icon at the bottom right corner of the main menu and scroll down until you see a checkbox next to Left 4 Dead 2. Click on this box, and you should be able to see the models now. Keep in mind this only works if you already have Left 4 Dead 2 purchased.
