so I guess gonna go back to stellaris and they changed everything how portrait choice goes. this obvious not updated and prob sadly never will. RIP my fav race to play.

prob because 2 of races I use got switched from their orignal singel portrait to there respective class like humaniod. its okey move but that prob fucking up my save game.

Thanks for the update to bad it crashes my old save. oh well time to start over thats the risk of mod usage.

so everyone wonders why does my save crash. this might be it.

@Azona I'll let you know once I've got my updates uploaded. I am looking over all the changes, since some of the Silfae's Revisited mods have more gameplay code than others.

Hey Author you mainting this spicies that is nice but you said havent updated it yet. I made quick dirty hair fix mod for any of spicies I use including this one it worked fine on old mod also tested it on your seems fine. feel free to use it so I can remove my dirty fix and no longer have to worry about it :)

@gavinfoxx The Xirmians are pretty feature-lite to start with. They just have the AI personality and dialogue, starting system, and name list.

If you want them to be humanoids, you can remove the species_class here and then add their portrait to HUM. You'd need to overwrite the built-in humanoid species class to do that.

Is there any way to get a version of this mod that is 'feature lite' and just adds the species to Humanoid, without all the other stuff?

Hey i was wondering how you made this species appear randomly in game. There is another mod that i want to play with that also makes their species spawn randomly in game but i dont want it to so i was hoping i could like reverse the steps you took so they stop spawning randomly lol

Yes, you must install and use the original. It will crash the game without it due to missing graphics. Art is copyright of the artist (silfae) - it's not something I can redistribute. Also it's considered rude to reupload mods without permission.

The Paradox launcher does have an export function, so you can send exactly your collection to your friends to import.

hmm If I wanted this mod update I do need orignal.... with lot of spiecies of this guy thats a lot of double mods. is not better to make them independent, give credit to orignal author? gonna be hell to add them all make load order to play with my friends.

Yeah when I adopt a mod, I plan to keep it up-to-date with the game and apply tweaks as I learn better ways to mod things.

It's the way of things. In this case, I believe the modder was hired by PDX and doesn't have time for personal projects like this anymore.
