Or Judas should have a Dark aura that deals small damage over time after the Book of Belial is used.

Lilith's Birthright is pretty much an instant won run. Instead of it giving you all 4 babies it should just decrease the amount of hits Lilith should take to create a baby (15 hits into 7 hits, 30 hits into 15 hits).

Also Judas needs another look. Maybe the Birthright should only upgrade Book of Belial's +2 DMG into +3 DMG when the Book is used. A little simple but the idea is kinda the same as Maggy and Apollyon.

Give/spawn your Suicide King card + Lazarus' Rags.
Doesn't matter if your Lazarus or Lazarus Risen

“Curse of Phoenix”
Give you x (something like 10 or more) × Lazarus Risen, but you will die in the beginning of every now floors. If you die and revives, all enemy (in room) will burn.

Maggy, Keeper, and Apollyon have very good birthrights. I like those ideas, they seem appropriate and desirable.
Cain, Judas, and Dark Judas's birthrights feel uninteresting to me. Not to say they're specifically bad or weak, I just find them to be boring.
Lilith's birthright is okay. If you wanted to, you could have the player drop whatever cambion familiars they've already obtained, as pedestal items, and make them do the tainted isaac-style flip between the original item and another cambion familiar. That way, players can choose to keep the ones they had, or pick a new one. This would be in addition to whatever nerfs you had in mind. Alternatively, you could just make her birthright be that Cambion Conception's limit of 4 is removed, and you can keep taking hits to eventually get all 8 of the familiars.

This is a mod for Normal characters only for now. Tainted characters are not all that well designed so maybe I will wait for the official updates before working again on it. Lilith will probably get nerfed to 2 familiars, yes.

I don't like lilith's, what if I get succubus and incubus before getting the item, wouldn't it reroll them into worse familiars?

i have a idea for T appolyon, like: locus plague, spawn a extra locus for any u abbys, a normal one, or meaby a chance to do it, or meaby just spawn some random locus

I just checked it and even with this Mod, Tainted Lilith (a.k.a. "The Harlot") would still have no Effect for Birthright, unless she has already one, but IMO i don't think so.

@all To people saying update is coming soon, well no official date has been given, so it might be tomorrow as it might be in 3 months, least I could do is fix the biggest current holes in the game right now, maybe even inspire ideas to the official devs for the upcoming update.

Also, again I do recommend taking the "Pocket Actives for all characters" mod, so that every active stays with you forever, meaning that you keep Maggy's heart all the time just like you would with Tainted characters.

@Necrolizard that doesn't make much sense, Birthright is meant to be an upgrade 100% of the time, not an occasional pickup

Just remove the extra regen (Since Maggy's Bow does that already) and remove the downsides.

I guess because the update was supposed to be there for a while already and all we have for now is a vague "soon", it could come out in 3 months for all we know :/

why so impatient? the birthright update is coming soon so why do you waste your time? I also don't understand people that modding missing items that will too came with the update.

I really think that maggies birthright shouldn't be attached to Yum heart, since you usually use it for the first two flloors and get rid of it, and making it so that you have to always carry it around for a chance of getting Birthright, doesn't seem very flexible, for apollyon makes sense, since you can add to void for every active that you come across and never have to get rid of it.

With that said i would make it so that Maggies Birthright it's ''REGENERATION!!!'' for every cleared room you get half a read heart (you can make it every two if you think it's too much) if a container it's empty, this way it makes Birthright the character enhancer that it should be and give more tankiness and ''use health as a resource'' to Maggie.

I got the idea while writing that if you don't have heart containers, make it so that every 3 or 5 you get half a soul heart, if you are full soul or black heart you probably have enough power.

@N.C.V. not necesarily 4 free items, but it might be indeed good to nerf it to 2 familiars only.

@cadetpirx I recommend using Pocket Actives for all charaacters, so you never lose your starting active items.

does this do the thing that other birthrights do where these effects apply to other chars too? it's a bug that tended to ruin picking up birthright

I feel like Lilith's is a little OP, that's 4 free items.

this is good, but i feel that Maggie's shouldn't have to do with yum heart as you can just grab a different active item leaving yum heart behind.
