I had the game crashing after uploading the first pack.
I was explained that the max number of skins per pack is 16. So in my case I can include up to 2 skins (multiplied by 6 items each). I'll still utilize the remaining 4 for numbers

You sure about that? robs074 frequently posts packs of skins containing 7 or more skins in a single workshop item, for a single building.
