Hi, i would appreciate if you could tell me the name of the DLC that contains the armour cosmetic in the picture.

I give these to every regular member of XCOM or the resistance as a whole (with the exclusion of bandit, mercenary and informant type characters =P) since these days XCOM's more of a renegade faction, and is no longer a global military group with various country representatives.
