Oh shit same I was wondering which mod caused it. Only the first time crashes for me so if I go back into my save I can fight it. But I have to make sure to exit before Mom every time so it doesn't make me restart the level

man i have no goddamn clue as to why this happens, i tested without other mods and it works without any crashes

The crash for me happens every time I try to enter mom's boss room. Teleporting into it with Emperor card does not crash. Both depths mom and mausoleum mom are affected by this. It only occurs when I attempt to enter the room through the door to start the fight. I have not tested whether it crashes if I try to re-enter after killing the boss and teleporting out. Hope this detail helps.
