I agree with comment below. Both engines started and full throttle but not moving. Fuel is good to go just can't get it to move. Very nice Tug Boat otherwise.

I don't know if its me or the boat. but I cant get it to move at all. I can start engines and keep them running, and I can control throttle and gearing. But the boat just sits in one spot and spins slowly.
AverageDuck_PC 28 mar @ 15:58
it wont start?
[301]Luckyhendrix 8 okt, 2023 @ 11:33
Hello, is there a port to refuel th eship ? can't find it ?
AK00P 16 jul, 2023 @ 10:30
is there a way to get it to work on infinite fuel?
RynardFurHUN 18 jan, 2023 @ 10:51
the ship moving only forward without cruise control, can't turn left or right. when I shut the engines the ship still moving forward. with fix 10 knots
Kaiser Semmel 8 aug, 2022 @ 7:55
the engines dont want to start. i did everything it says in start up but as soon as i release the starter the engine rpm goes down
K Kups 9 feb, 2022 @ 20:46
i personally would classify it as a long range switcher/ short range rescue tug.
that_frog_kurtis  [skapare] 9 feb, 2022 @ 20:40
Sounds like you are more qualified to decide if it is a switcher than I am lmao
Casual User 9 feb, 2022 @ 20:36
let me specify, a switcher does smaller jobs inside the port like moving barges, assisting in docking ships all that
that_frog_kurtis  [skapare] 9 feb, 2022 @ 20:33
I have no idea what a switcher is lol
Casual User 9 feb, 2022 @ 20:32
if i may, does it being a harbour tug essentially make it a switcher or am i getting something mixed up here
K Kups 13 jan, 2022 @ 21:19
cool! thanks! the way i understand it is that you only need one manifold block per type (air, fuel, exhaust, coolant) per cylinder and then you just use regular pipe after that. i had some trouble with that too working on my boat the last couple days. actually the reason im using this is to tug the boat out of the dock to check the balance and stabilizers while the engine is still in the works.
that_frog_kurtis  [skapare] 13 jan, 2022 @ 2:57
@kkups it's fixed. The exhaust port on the left engine was bugged, replacing it with any other port type block worked, but a regular port doesn't allow exhaust to pass through, it's very very weird. Anyway it's fixed now, thanks for pointing it out.
that_frog_kurtis  [skapare] 13 jan, 2022 @ 2:06
It turns out they've broken something to do with the fluid system and the left engine's exhaust can't get to the exhaust port for some reason. I'll try to fix it if I have time.
K Kups 12 jan, 2022 @ 13:06
it is off.
K Kups 12 jan, 2022 @ 13:06
i never use infinite fuel.
that_frog_kurtis  [skapare] 12 jan, 2022 @ 11:57
@kkkups turn off infinite fuel
K Kups 12 jan, 2022 @ 11:31
only one engine works. one gets up to speed and runs quite nicely the other wont get up to the required 500rps to fire up no matter how long i hold the starter.
that_frog_kurtis  [skapare] 14 sep, 2021 @ 2:37
@applylubeguy feel free to add anything you think is missing.

Very Cool!
that_frog_kurtis  [skapare] 2 sep, 2021 @ 20:32
Well done guy! I knew you had it in ya
AZBubba08 2 sep, 2021 @ 12:09
i figured it out, i have infinite flue on
that_frog_kurtis  [skapare] 2 sep, 2021 @ 11:18
You need to hold the starters for a couple seconds. Also make sure you aren't playing in whatever mode spawns you with no fuel.
AZBubba08 2 sep, 2021 @ 9:19
mine still wont start, i get in the seat, then turn on the bridge power, then the master engine switches and then click the buttons but it just crank's up but never starts
that_frog_kurtis  [skapare] 1 sep, 2021 @ 21:16
@AZBoobguy68 follow the instructions. I just tested the release version, it works for me. You can also turn the engines on via the panels in the engine room.
AZBubba08 1 sep, 2021 @ 18:32
cant get it to start
MGM_109 3 aug, 2021 @ 21:59

i have this tug that made it over a tsunami.
EVWORKS 29 jun, 2021 @ 21:20
first tug that made it over the tsunami
Snowymirror181 10 jun, 2021 @ 6:54
I expected this to be able to tow a bit, this thing can tow MASSIVE naval vessels. Its surprising how strong it really is. So much power in such a small package. I can most definitely sat that this boat will be apart of my fleet for months to come.
Roger856 9 jun, 2021 @ 11:39
to tartansk i would recommend that you remove no clip for the rope eye:steamthumbsup:
tartanski 9 jun, 2021 @ 5:41
How do you guys attach your tow ropes in single player? I fly up to the boat to be towed and attach the rope then jump off with the rope and attach it to the tug. Doesn't feel elegant. also any way to force a rope though the eye at the back to keep the tow point low?
tartanski 9 jun, 2021 @ 5:12
doing a Stormworks sea trial of this now watch this space.
454SS 8 jun, 2021 @ 18:10
Beautiful build:)
that_frog_kurtis  [skapare] 8 jun, 2021 @ 15:32
@davo It works fine for me, no idea what's wrong on your end. Maybe hold the starters for a bit longer, and make sure the main engine switches are on. Alternatively you can try starting them in the engine room on the panels on the engines themselves.
Davo 8 jun, 2021 @ 14:25
engines keep dying after holding down start buttons, everything is turned on
Россия какашка 8 jun, 2021 @ 12:53

Kamov 8 jun, 2021 @ 5:36

Kamov 8 jun, 2021 @ 5:35

Kamov 8 jun, 2021 @ 5:34
how much portion of boat is under water
Captain 4 jun, 2021 @ 11:45
Yeah that's what I thought. I still have not torn it apart to see how it works.
umit 4 jun, 2021 @ 7:42
Very Good!
that_frog_kurtis  [skapare] 4 jun, 2021 @ 4:37
Thanks fellers, appreciate the kind words.
@Captain the voith drive is simulated. I did make an actual legitimate working one, but I could only get 3 knots out of it.
Captain 4 jun, 2021 @ 4:19
As a fellow tug enthusiast this is a masterpiece. Cannot believe you got a voith drive to work. The detailing all around is excellent.
Elemental210 4 jun, 2021 @ 3:00
Beautifully made tug, great work!
