Will there be a competitive / more balanced version of the character? I love his kit and how unique it is. Truly a fun character, and it shows a lot of promise!

Unfortunately I found out the hard way that he isn't balanced during an online match. I really liked his kit too... unsubbed.

@The Ogrelord I think I was considering it at one point... I've never really given that much thought though (I've yet to attempt making a stage anyways... so maybe at some point)

Really cool and unique character, comes pretty close to a playable boss with how he plays.
Is there any chance we'll eventually get a stage for Void? One based on the arena you fight Void in would be awesome.

What are the mechanics for Void's up special? I find the height it achieves to be relatively inconsistent. Is it based on something like neutral special charge, or something else entirely?

The Void 1.2 patch is finally live! Only took Delta and I about... 7 months, but we finally got it out. Sorry for leaving Void dry patch wise for so long

Just wanted to say that this is a really neat character.

But I'm not sure what's causing this bug I started having (Maybe the new Rivals update?)

Void's Side-Special doesn't show the projectile or becomes bugged after you playtest him a second time at the character select screen, it unfortunately carries over into matches as well.

I totally didn't expect Void to appear in RoA. My friend who is a Kirby fan and also have RoA will be so hype about it when I am planning to play Void with my friend!

@Tenebrae not really, no. It is possible to chase people into the depths with repeated Dair spikes, but it's a read everytime you do it... it's some really sick stuff when it happens tho

it's a direct reference to the attack Nspecial was based off of, where Void shoots a huge barrage of pellets. Mixed in liberally along with the normal cyan pellets are some disparate yellow pellets. They don't have any other properties outside of them being a different color tho

Is there a reason that the third projectile in the nspecial barrage is of a different color? I can't identify any special properties about it.

If you only use the Uspecial, then yes, it's bad. However, Void has a bunch of recovery options outside of that when used in tandem with his Fspecial . Particularly, Uspecial teleports to the projectile if it's active a ways away from him or bounces off of it if it's close. you can also move up with Dspecial while you're setting the laser up (though it's best to have some upwards momentum before trying that)
