It is possible to add / duplicate icons for releasable countries? For example, SOV icons for all tags (KAZ, BLR, GEO, FER etc.), Yugoslavia icons for the tags of its republics, ENG icons for Scotland, Wales, etc.?

@Freezer thanks for the explanation, i know its basically impossible with countries like that. however, the different american factions actually have unique country tags in the civil war is caused by going down the socialist/communist path. Confederate states is "CSA", and Unaligned is "USB". It is similar to how Vichy France has its own unique tag now and isn't just D0# anymore.

@Freezer. A bug i seem to have found is that the 3d models of the planes seem to disapear. Germany for example only has the fighter 1 3d plane model. The models for Cas of fighter 2 have disapeared from the game. The screen were you select the 3d model has also moved to the bottom left of the stats screen in the plane designer.

Main problem there is in case of the civil wars countries loose their original country tag (GER, ITA, SPR) and recive a new tag like (D01, D02, D03) and in every game they diferent. For example in case of the italian civil war one part of Italy will recive ITA country tag and other will have D02. But in the next game they will recive D03 or other bcs its dynamic country tag. So "conditions" like "original_country_tag" or "have_focus_tree" nessesary for countrys to have not generic icons bcs they depends on country tag. But now they didn't work anymore, tnx to pdx spagetti code

@Erwin unfortanatly pdx removed all "conditions" like (if, or, else) from interface files so its now imposible to add any scripted conditions. Have no idea why they did it.

would it be possible to add icons for the other USA factions during the civil war caused by going communist (the CSA and Unaligned States)?

Curious, when I use your mod most of my 3d model choices disappear. For example GER plane models are almost all gone. I've made sure no conflicting mods when testing. I have some understanding of the gui gfx, etc... files. Are a lot of the 3d files not tagged any more?

Added 39 new US jet planes icons such as:
-F2H-2HN Banshee
-F-84 Thunderjet
-F-84F Thunderstreak
-F9F-5 Panther
-A-3 Skywarrior etc.
-Dynamic Version Numbering fixed

I assume your mod would override the new soviet DLC changes?
Also seems the patch updated the equipmentdesignerview.gui file. Maybe take a look?

Maybe for the icons for the JetFighters for Japan, the use they use and produce under license by Mitsubushi the F86 Sabre too, maybe add some icons ? the were some very colorfull

@Freezer Yeah fictionnal unfortunatly, US got Sabre, USSR got Mig-15 and even Germany got 2nd gen looking jets, but none for Japan, only the Kikka. I know that haven't got too much jets projects, but maybe some obscure design from a random country or scrapped project can do the trick.
The Pampa III for exemple, it's a 4th gen Argentian fighter, but i'm sure it can be photoshoped to see it vaguely coming from the 1950s, especialy with a red sun on it.
Just telling my thought, I was slighty disapointed having only the Kikka as a fight icon for late game Japan

Can you make the Do335 ? A very cool plane, pretty unusual shape so it can be great for a generic icon too.
I also think Japan need some 2nd generation jets icons, it lack some.

Also i made new experimental style of generic planes icons (fighter 1 and 2) with white/silver finnish and black and white roundels. So let me know what you guys think about them.

Little rework of french tanks, lorrain 40t is new advanced medium and Somua S35 moved to the interwar medium as well as D1. D2 now is now basic medium and S40 and Sarl42 improved medium. Also a couple of new french planes.

Somehow pdx broke interface files logic of tanks and planes pools, so Vichy France and post civil war Italy cant have their icons. Any "limit" arguments doesn't work so i cant add icons based on ideology or controlled states anymore. Sad times indeed. Also all majors now have generic icons in the bottom of the pools and i cant remove them.

"не будуТ". Если менять или новый эквипмент добавлять, то иконки не привязываются к нему. Поэтому надо дополнительно прописывать их привязки

@N-009 да, забыл видимо поправить локализацию. Использовать можно. Что имеете ввиду "отдельно работать не буду" я не совсем понял о чем речь.

Уральское спасибо за прекрасный мод! Однако ошибка локализации "equipment description" все еще возникает. На английском закономерно нету.
И можно использовать ваш мод в глобальной переработке? Отдельно не будут работать, т.к. модифицирую шасси и другой эквипмент.
