These trailers are 2x4 mobile homes right? That's what I've been looking for my city.

Your knowledge of these homes is as detailed as your work. Thanks for both. :)

What an interesting topic, although i would not fancy to live in one of these.

Love the whole series and hope you continue making more! Perhaps some doublewides, too? :)

A couple of years ago, I had the idea/desire to make some modular trailer park assets, but I couldn't find more than one or two trailer assets. Maybe the fancy will strike again, and this time I'll be able to do it. Thanks for these.

@Kombat Wombat: Thanks, glad they are helpful!

@cbudd: You're right, they aren't very moveable. One this size would require a semi-truck to move, and special permits due to the overall width -most likely with an "oversize load" escort vehicle. It would then be leveled on blocks, and the vinyl skirting is (optionally) put in place to cover the wheels and steel frame underneath. There is fancier skirting available that can look like brick or stone, or it can be placed on a foundation to be even more permanent. This one has no hitch/tongue like the older models. I suspect they design them to be more easily removed now. The longer it sits in place, the frames and axles can rust, tires dry rot and fall off the rims, and it becomes less likely that it can be successfully be moved to a new location. Most are dismantled in place (or just abandoned) at the end of their lifespan.

I always wondered why these are called *mobile* homes. They don't look very moveable to me. Or are the actual trailers hidden inside that box?

Your trailers have made a great addition to my rural areas and trailer parks, thanks for making these.
