After testing this out (mostly because it's one of my favorite sniper rifles in the F2P-Shooter Combat Arms: Reloaded), here's my honest opinion for you.
The model itself is surprisingly detailed for being as lowpoly as is. The textures definitely need a makeover and better .VMT settings (if there even are any; to me the gun was completely mat). The animations are totally out of date and I swear, MaxG3D's SSG-08 animations would turn this beauty into a real beast.
It was fun while it lasted and I do believe that if you'd recompile this with overhauled textures and .VMT settings plus the abovementioned animations, it gets a front page spot on the workshop.
