why i cant find this mod in my content manager?

Out of all your excellent parking garages (thank you!), this one resists my attempts at converting it to RICO (with the help of Ploppable RICO revisited). The Modern ones and the U-city one work wonders as dummy assets combined with TM:PE's Parking AI. This one, however, retains its attractiveness even after applying RICO changes.

I don't know enough yet to do anything about it, I just thought I'd let you know in case you were interested in making it RICO-compatible.

And thanks again for making these, they are a godsend vs the tourist plague. :)

@nmxvitalxe that's a good solution, you can also just open it up in the asset editor and change all of the stats too

I switched the parking garages to dummy buildings with rico settings and i no longer get the park area circle or stats and cars are still parking in them

my citizens learned to fly . . . .. also their car can fly just to park here :D HAHAHA love it man ! ! !

Love the asset but wish the cars didn't fly out of the building.

@NmxVITALxE not sure you understand how large buildings are made. it's necessary to use multiple buildings, in this case parks. and they must be buildings so that cars will use the parking spaces placed on them

Love your work but not liking these parking garages. This one is made up of like 5 different parks

It's kind of funny that cims in my city fly with their cars only to park in this parking lot.

@Kingleno - ah so it just loads the building without those extras? I had not gotten to trying to place anything yet but being barked at by the game about stuff missing certainly adds a bit of paranoia that things wont work. I'm assuming this is only true for assets then and not for things like roads?

@B1llaB0ng23 no asset requires props. People just have Anxiety/OCD and get annoyed by seeing it on loading screen mod

@rexusawii this is the Toyota Parking Garage in Houston. the sign is a workshop prop and doesn't come on the building
