actually 14's the youngest you can get. whether you consider them as children or just "really young" adults - well it's up to you to decide up to that and such.

Technically they are--just not under a certain age. You could even have a 42 year old that has two parents in their 20's. But young children, yeah, not in vanilla for sure.
