The oathgold mod is on the nexus now, but I'm not 100% certain this will work with it like that if you've downloaded it.

the link below is another pretty good dwarf upgrade mod. his mod has more traits as upgrades, versus flat stat bonuses.

This is compatible with Dwarf Oathgold Runes by Mase. I'll get the title corrected to clarify. If there is another scrap upgrade that you would like compatibility for, link it and I'll see about adding it. I pulled the scrap upgrades into a separate thing for my couple mods to help with issues like this.
