the fact poison zombies are used for more poison headcrabs, the zombies say "WHY I!" and the fast zombie has a hole in its chest and no more skin means that they aren't feeling a bit lot of pain. THEY'RE FEELING ALOT, and as someone said, grigori is a hero, and the zombies say "GOD HELP ME!" and grigori is a priest... so that means grigori helped and granted the zombies.
