If you're getting the ERROR model, unsubscribe, then re-subscribe, and choose to overwrite files when prompted. You should then see Heavy in the viewer, and get him on stage.

I'm curious as to how you did this. I'm trying to make a medic model with a hole like this but smaller and in his chest, and I'm not sure how to make that effect.

Surgeon Simulator is a Unity game, you can't just break into the files and convert a model from one engine to another.

@FlyToRainbowRay In Render Settings you need to turn off ambient occlusion. I had the same problem with zombie scout.
