found a small bug: on Bolt-action rifles except for the AWP you can spam mouse1 and you can shoot with no cooldown

@Fb||mitchellMK04 I deleted it because it was very buggy i don't know much about lua, this is an addon that i think was deleted from the workchop, i don't know the author and so on, so for obvious reasons it won't have any remarkable updates, i recommend you to download the ones from the counter strike source or others that may be similar.
the truth is that i only calculated the damage and i collected it so that it would not be so bad in combat and it would not be more frustrating

they work fine for me. btw the rate of fire for the k98 and the rem700 is too fast
