There are several mods in that list that will conflict with the packs, such as the remastered smoker and the smoker variety pack.
Remember these variety packs are only compatible with reskins (texture mods, rng/mst textures too), not compatible with remodels.

i also had some unified skeleton's mod for the charger and spitter but i just deleted them

i also use some animation replacements for the charger and spitter but i doubt they affect the mods.

the only variety packs i use are the charger variety pack and the spitter variety pack, i only have skins for the other infected (Jockey, smoker, boomer and witch) and as i know, i dont use more. I'll check once again

i've uninstalled and installed the game and it worked for only one campaign, and then it STOPPED WORKING. I dunno what is causing this. Its happening with all packs and the only versions that appear are the l4d1 versions.

i've done it several times before, and it still wont work, maybe i should try uninstalling the game and installing it again?

I just tested all packs, everything works fine, try resubscribing.

my friend also got the mod (Im in local host server) and it still shows up as errors for him.

the only issue is that bodies turn into different models but that doesnt bother most players

Anyone is free to turn this mod into a scriptless rng mod, I won't do it, I don't like the issues it brings.

Nope, just by using bodygroup/skin rng, without script or separated models/textures and it doesn't give the best result.

Is there a way to make a version of these packs without the having the host server enforcing them on all clients?

I don't really know. But if they manage to join without the mod and you have it, they'll see errors for some of the added models.

When I host local server with these variety packs my friends can't join them unless they are also subscribed to them. I have set sv_consistency 0 and it doesn't do anything for these addons, is there a way to fix this problem?

There's nothing much to add to them, maybe the remastered jockey to the jockey v-pack. Same with the tank, I don't know.
