Unfortunately this mod creator has plagiarized a bit of my mod.

SCP-939 can just be created ingame as a creature with sounds. No advanced scripting needed. 999 needs to be implemented with the Pet Script in mind.

An Idea for the Stairway SCP is to have in sub editor a Stairway that just teleports you midway. As the screen gets darker with a hidden affliction called "Fear" and then as you go down the SCP spawns.

Try looking for the file in commands or getting help from any known mod makers. Attempt to make it so an AI periodically controls the creature with/without collaboration with another modder.
