We need Annoying Dog. The world needs him. Golden Ronald is becoming too powerful and Annoying Dog is the only one to stop them.

Funny dog go BRRRR.

FSTRONG as more people mention is not fun to play against and feels really unrewarding pulling it off, but most characters with a auto homing kill move wouldn't feel rewarding.
If it was replaced with a actual FSTRONG attack like the other STRONG attacks I would highly recommend this Annoying dog over the older one if it wasn't for this move.

Remove air stalling and this is my favorite character

If you spam down air and down special, you will slowly rise up in the air and can camp at the top blast zone infinitely while raining down projectiles (the down air beam runs out of range but the down special projectile can reach the ground).

you managed to make the name of the character actually make sense in relation to their name
i feel like their kit just makes an annoying, campy, fight and if the dog wins too much they just straight up get a win condition, you try to aproach them they can just car and instantly move to the other side of the universe, you DONT aproach them and they just shoot you from far away and build their win condition faster, you try to play footsies and they just run you over

the only problem i have with this character is the side smash dog, maybe have it so parrying it will change agro to the player that summoned it. or make it so its not as unfun to fight against
