The instructions may have been a bit unclear on this, but
make sure you have setup a working ballsocket for your wheels.

2) I'm using make spherical tool with default settings.

The answer to these questions would help me narrow down the issue for you:
What wheels are you using?
What are your Make Spherical tool settings?
What are your Suspension Tool settings?
Not saying PA is bad, just it takes more time to do the same thing you tool does. Cheers!
Although depending on your vehicle you may need to adjust them to get the suspension to behave how you want.
If you have used PA for suspension before, you can apply the same settings here and it should work identically.
