Vanilla:
Ruler demotion time => ~ 5 years (~ 1800 days)
Specialist demotion time => ~ 2.5 years (~ 900 days)

Original Mod (Link included):
Ruler demotion time => ~ 4-5 months (~ 144 days)
Specialist demotion time => ~ 2-3 months (~ 72 days)

With this "LITE" mod:
Ruler demotion time => ~ 2 years (~ 720 days)
Specialist demotion time => ~1 year (~ 360 days)

This mod still shortens demotion time a bit. 3.0 only halved the demotion time; this goes a bit beyond a halving.

your discription is off at your orignal mod it says correctly I think but on this page 5 years > 360 days looks like an error to me :P

Indeed. The description should say 1 year (~360 days). Caught me a bit off-guard when I first read it and thought that specialists took longer to demote than rulers...
