This mod does diddly squat. I even checked the contents of the runtimes, there is absolutely nothing there. It's essentially a mod template project that is completely empty bar some dlls which have no business being there.

How do you open this mod in game? Where do you find the tips?

Well ok, so wheres the regular traffic manager mod, i cant find it. I typed it in the search and only found this, and some japanese traffic mods lol. I used to use this for lane connecting but a long time ago the mod got messed up and i had to remove it. So i just build with no traffic manager, i kinda get away with it but its sometimes annoying. k thanks
