These are more akin to WW1 era power stations. Back in the day they were built directly into factory complexes. Before the modern electrical grid it was either too expensive to buy power on a large scale or used when sellers were completely non existent. Industrialists just built their own power stations. They produced a fair amount of electricity though but they were never integrated into the grid so no power connection. One of these should be powerful enough to run a steel mill off with extra to spare.

I think this should lower the output form 250 to 60-80mWh, since it was a old fashion powerstation that seems to be form era before WW2, they don't really able to support much power
