That's because I only added the prop and decal doors.
The elevator doors are brushes (like wall and floor) that have a texture applied.

But I could definitely add those too if you'd need it them, along with other gate textures

which is usually what happens when trying to load addon maps after any map has been loaded.
The FAQ mentions that part in more detail

what do you mean it doesn't work?
its a map with doors in it. There isn't a lot you can do, other than opening and closing doors.
