I have found that since the old building mod has stopped working and now having to use the styles mod , unless you have buildings in sets of 1,2,3,and 4 it does not work and had to manually put them down

I've been trying to use them in a district style to no avail. very few of them are zoning in which i'm a little concerned about, which is leading me to ask if they are they solely for plopping?

Great job, they look awesome! Finally some really nice georgian terraces! I was wondering if you also can make a more simple version of the so common georgian townhouse? A simple version with no decoration in the front, no fences and basement flats, just a pure house next to the street. In brick of course, and I guess the most normal color for those in London are brown or light brown, but they can also be light red and light yellow just like your terraces. One color I think is very cool is also the light black one, faded black kind of, or dusty black -just like 10 Downing Street. Anyway, thanks for the great houses. They are gonna be in my fancy inner city areas :D
